Conducting Moot Court Room

On 14th May 2022, the Sessions Court acquitted the accused of dowry death by giving the benefit of the doubt in the criminal case of State vs Navneet. In
Singhania Law College, a moot court trial was conducted on the criminal case of dowry death based on imaginary facts. Dr. Bhupendra Kumawat, Principal of the institution, while explaining the importance of the Moot Court, expressed that it is mandatory for all law students to participate in the Moot Court and
Moot Court gives an opportunity to the law students to learn the process of the court directly so that in practice get a lot of benefits. Dr. Ashok Acharya,
